Acknowledging the hard work of College students following the release of GCSE results today, Jonathan Taylor, Executive Principal of the Sapientia Education Trust said:

"Congratulations to our Year 11 students on an excellent set of GCSE results. We are especially delighted that 8% of students achieved the new top 9 grade in English and 5% in maths, significantly above national levels of less than 3%. The percentage of students achieving 5+ grades are also extremely high. Overall, 82% of students achieved at least a Level 4 in English and maths.

Students and staff have worked really hard to achieve such a great set of results and we look forward to welcoming students back to our top performing Sixth Form."
