SUPPORT US - PARENT STAFF ASSOCIATION (PSA)
Welcome to Wymondham College Parent Staff Association. All families are automatically members of the PSA when their student joins the College. Membership is free.
The PSA are a group of parents/carers/staff working together to provide social events, a link to the College, friendship and raise funds for equipment and resources to enhance both our students educational experience and the College’s facilities.
The PSA has a committee with elected officers, ordinary committee members and a group of volunteers who co-ordinate and organise a wide range of social and fundraising events and provide refreshments/support at College events such as Open Days and Parent/Carer Evenings. We are a charity so can receive donations from local and national companies, apply for grants, receive donations made through company matched giving schemes and payroll giving.
Our social and fundraising events are aimed at ‘Something for Everyone’, so we are always open to new ideas. Forthcoming events include 7 September First Day Drop Off Parent/Carer Coffee Morning, 1 October Coffee Morning & AGM, 7 October Family Bingo Night welcoming new Years 7 & 9 Students/Parents/Carers to the College, 29 October Inaugural Halloween Ball and on the 7 November our Annual Winter Fayre.

THE PSA SHOP
The onsite PSA Shop, staffed by PSA volunteers, provides many useful day to day items for sale (such as toiletry basics) for students.
The PSA Shop also sells used school uniform and sports kit and and some NEW small uniform items such as ties, socks etc.
Clean uniform donations for the PSA Shop are always gratefully received with uniform donation crates located at each House and Main Reception. The collection crates display each House name on the lid, PSA Shop Opening Hours and PSA Social Media information with a contact phone number. The uniform donation crates should be a familiar sight in each House at collection/drop off times and perhaps more often than that! Uniform donations are regularly collected and taken to the PSA Shop and used to help raise funds for the school. Be assured that your donations will go towards growing additional funding to help your student.
Regular PSA Shop opening hours are:
Saturdays: 11.30am-12.30pm during term time*
School Open Day's: 9.30am-12.30pm
*Please note that the PSA Shop is closed on Exeat weekends, half-term and end-of-term weekends.
